Excellent customer service measured the XXXL according to measurements however after purchase and assembly the cage was not suitable for my car I rang them and as the were local I returned to cage for a smaller one with no problems. I now have the XXL and I can transport my 2 hounds in my boot no bother excellent product strong and durable easy clean and leaves plenty of air to circulate for my dogs
