Exercises that you can do with our Doorway Pull Up Bar
Upper Body Stretch
- Firmly grip the bar
- Let your knees slowly bend and your head hang forward
- Gently lift your feet off the floor, holding this position for 30-60 seconds
Spinal Arch Stretch
- Firmly grasp the bar
- Keep knees and heels together, with your weight on the front of your toes
- Lean forward as far as you can, arching your back with your head positioned back
Hanging Knee Crunches
- Grip the bar securely
- Bend your knees and fully stretch your arms
- Slowly raise your knees, keeping them and your heels together
