Exercises that you can do with our Doorway Pull Up Bar

Upper Body Stretch

  • Firmly grip the bar
  • Let your knees slowly bend and your head hang forward
  • Gently lift your feet off the floor, holding this position for 30-60 seconds

Spinal Arch Stretch

  • Firmly grasp the bar
  • Keep knees and heels together, with your weight on the front of your toes
