Despite its compact size, this treadmill features a 1.75HP motor, capable of speeds up to 14kph, and it has a 7 inch SMART monitor, offering both health statistics and preset workout programs. You can watch a video on YouTube or Netflix using your account details, or anything that can be downloaded on the PlayStore. For hassle free use, this model comes equipped with a self-lubricating system.

Please note: Handlebars must be removed in order for the treadmill to become completely flat. This involves removing 4 screws with an Allen key (provided). The process takes less than 2-3 minutes, on average.

Maintenance	Treadmills must be oiled approximately every 3-6 months, depending on usage, using silicone-based anti-friction lubricant. This model is self-lubricating but you must ensure to check the level of oil in the oil reservoir. Instructions on the self lubrication are in the Manual provided and on our website. We provide the oil when you purchase the treadmill. Failure to keep sufficient oil in the oil reservoir may result in the loss of the Warranty Cover. All treadmills are pre-oiled but we recommend adding oil to the reservoir before usage.

Hello. Got good advice on what to buy and it was a perfect recommendation. Don’t have much room and it stores away and folds. The monitor is like a tablet and i downloaded the Sky app and can watch the football. very good prodcut and overall all good to see service like this from an Irish business. Regards, Tom
