Maintenance	Treadmills must be oiled approximately every 3-6 months, depending on usage, using silicone-based anti-friction lubricant. This model is self-lubricating but you must ensure to check the level of oil in the oil reservoir. Instructions on the self lubrication are in the Manual provided and on our website. We provide the oil when you purchase the treadmill. Failure to keep sufficient oil in the oil reservoir may result in the loss of the Warranty Cover. All treadmills are pre-oiled but we recommend adding oil to the reservoir before usage.

Very nice delivery person dropped this to me two days after ordering it. Could not tell in any way that it was a refurb. Our kids play football at a club level and itâ€™ll be great for them in the winter months. Bargain.
